GOODS FOR INDO-CHINA
FRENOH-U.S. AGREEMENT. Recd. 8 p.m. Saigon, Nov. 10. The French and American Government); have reached an agreement under which France will purchase £40,000,000 worth of American Industrie! equipment, cotton, and other goods, for Indo-China, .stated th? economic adviser Io the French High Commissioner.
He added that the French represen tatives in London are negotiating thpurchase of British goods. Orders fo 4500 lorries and private cars would he placed, either in Britain or America.
