SAN FRANCISCO LIKELY
Recd. 11 p.m. New York, Sept. 25. Russia has withdrawn her objections to San Francisco as a permanent site of the United Nations' Organisation, says the New York Times Washington correspondent. It is understood the World Assembly will probably be held each year in a different country, but the all important Security Council will be located at a fixed site which is now expected to be San Francisco.
