INJUNCTION DISOBEYED ,

WARNING BY THE COURT (P.A.) Wellington. Sept. 4 Three persons against whom an injunction was issued in April to pre vent them from parking their cars on land giving access to certain property, appeared in the Supreme Court in the custody of the sheriff under writ of attachment for disobedience of the injunction. The Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myers, remarked that defendants had behaved very stupidly and he reminded them of their liability to imprisonment for flouting the Court's order. Counsel for the plaintiffs said that over the week-end defendant’s demeanour had changed and he was satisfied with their assurances that the order would be obeyed. His Honor said the Court would not stand anv nonsense from them. The defendants gave an undertaking that the injunction would be' obeyed, and they were discharged and ordered to pay five guineas costs.
