DIVIDENDS DECLARED.
New Zealand Breweries, Ltd., have declared an interim dividend of 3 per cent, for the half-year ended September 3. payable on December 9. Transfer books will be closed from November 26 to December 9, inclusive. Woolworths Holdings (South Africa)’ have declared a final dividend of 10 per cent., making 17J per cent, for the year ended May 31 last, an unchanged rate. The directors of Reid (N.Z.) Rubber Mills Ltd. will recommend for the year ended September 30 a dividend of 6 per cent., an unchanged rate.
