BRIGADIER HARGEST ON PAROLE
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 18. Reuter's correspondent states that Brigadier Hargest, accompaned by the British Consul-General at Barcelona, Mr. A. D. Francis, paid a courtesy visit to General Moscardo, who is Captain-General of Catalonia. The correspondent adds that in view of his rank Brigadier Hargest will enjoy conditional liberty while he is in Spain.
