JAPANESE SUBMARINE AT BORDEAUX
—. Recd. 9 p.m. London, Nov. 16. The Madrid correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that a Japanese submarine is now lying in the Garonne River at Bordeaux. This is the first time a Japanese submarine has come into Bordeaux, though two others anchored at the mouth of the river. It is believed the i submarine will take to the Japanese! machine tools, optical instruments and l fittings which are of small weight j and bulk. The voyage takes about 65 days.
