SERVICES MATCH DRAWN
( Special Correspondent—N.Z.P.A.) Recd. b p.m. London, Nov. 15. Playing only 14 men throughout the second half, the New Zealand Services drew with the Welsh Guards 3 all. It was a hard game. The Guards led by a try at. the interval, when I. H. Dustin had to retire. He was struck in the left eye in a line-out, and it is hoped that the injury will not affect his playing for the English Services team next Saturday. N. Laurence equalised with a penalty early in the second half. The team was:—Backs: E. Best, E. W. McLachlan, R. Veitch, G. Brown, E. Grant, N. Laurence, J. Boswell. Forwards: J. Phelps, R. Stuart, H. Sturrork, P. S. Herkt, F. W. Crist, L. A. A. Kilgour, J. W. Gordon, Dustin.
