I It is announced that the British medical Association is advising its pnembers throughout New Zealand to igive medical certificates for cream or i for extra butter only to those patients who are suffering from diabetes, or to cases of active tuberculosis, nursing mothers who require supplementary rations, and aged people and patients convalescing from a prolonged illness —and then only where there is a definite shortage of butter and eggs. This advice is in conformity with medical certification in Britain.
