THE AZORES DEAL
GERMAN REACTIONS Recd. 7 p.m. London, Oct. 14. Germany is adopting a more aggressive attitude toward the British-Portu-guese agreement regarding the Azores. The first reaction was that Portugal was not actually responsible, as she had. been subjected to strong British pressure. Newspapers now declare that even allowing for this pressure, Portugal was guilty of a flagrant breach of neutrality.
