TRIPARTITE "CONFERENCE
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Aug. 30 Moves have already begun in Lon don for an early conference betweei
representatives of Britain, America, and Russia. The Press Association’s diplomatic correspondent says that, the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, will meet. Mr. M. Maisky and Mr. J. G. Winant to-morrow. They will discuss the possibility of joint personal conversations, either in London or Moscow between representatives of the three countries. possibly between Ihe Foreign Ministers.
