INTERNED IN RUSSIA
U.S. FLIERS WHO WERE FORCED DOWN IN KAMCHATKA Recd. 11 p.m. London, Aug. 30. The Moscow radio announced that Soviet authorities, in accordance with international law. interned an American military plane and crew which landed on Kamchatka on August 12. The crew said they were * raiding Japanese bases in the Kurile Islands and made a forced landing because of damage to the engines.
