DROWNING FEARED

TWO YOUTHS AND GIRL IN SAILING BOAT (P.A..) Invercargill, April 11. A girl and two youths are believed to have been drowned at the mouth of the Oreti River when a sailing boat of the Takapuna class capsized this afternoon. , They are Marion Dorothy Bull aged 17, Bernard Whiting, aged 16, and Richard Thomas, aged 17. A fourth occupant of the boat, Fileen Homer, aged 17, was also believed. to have been drowned, but shortly after 8 p.m. she arrived home in an exhausted condition and still wearing a lifebelt. The party had been in the boat all day and was returning home up the astoary when the accident occurred. After the boat capsized tne occupants were seen clinging to it. John Rask rowed out to it, but when he reached the boat there was no sign ■ cf any occupants.
