GRADE 1 OFFICERS IN CAMP (P.A.) Whangarei, April 9. A special meeting of the Whangarei R.S.A. decided by resolution to approach the War Cabinet, through the Dominion Executive, asking for an investigation into the number of grade 1 officers remaining in New Zealand camps with a view to their employment in a more useful capacity.
