HOME GUARD ACTIVITIES

PARADES FOR THE WEEK A Company of the Wanganui Battalion of the Home Guard will fire a musketry practice at Aramoho tomorrow. The Petrol Platoon will do a full day’s training in their particular work. The usual unit parades, in their own areas, will be held next week. On Monday night all officers and n.c.o.’s [will parade at Battalion Headquarters I when a lecture on chemical warfare will be given by an army instructor.
