RAIDERS OVER BRITAIN
Recd. 1 a.m. London, March 15. German raiders last night dropped heavy bombs on a north-east coast town, causing considerable damage and a number of 1 casualties. Hits were scored on two schools, a church and a children’s hospital, from which the children were evacuated by ambulance and car. One enemy plane was destroyed.
