N.Z.R.S.A. GRATIFICATION (P.A.) Wellington, March 12. Pleasure was expressed by member." at a meeting of the Dominion Executive Committee of the N.Z.R.S.A. regarding the new scheme of financial help for discharged members of the forces, recently announced by the Prime Minister, the' Rt. Hon. P Fraser.
The executive says that Mr Fraser’s announcement constitutes the result, of the conference between its representatives and the representatives of the Army, the National Service and the War Pensions Department.
