ALL FOR UNITED NATIONS (Reed. 9 p.m.) Philadelphia. Feb. 17. Vice-Admiral Fenard declared that the battleshin Richelieu will be joined by all other ships of the French Fleet. He said that most of the ships which escaped tho Nazis are in good condition. Waving aside any "•olitical discussion, Vice-Admiral Fenard declared: "All the men and officers of tho French Fleet want to do is to fight the Germans alongside the United States and the Allies:” He added: “We want to be friends with Britain and America forever.”
