Lord Simon and four other Judges, concurring, decided in the House of Lords that the phrase in a will “All money whereof I die possessed.” included*investments, thus changing the rule of law enforced since 1725, under which monev was regarded as meaning only cash. Lord Simon said it was time the popular meanine prevailed over the ’egal interpretation.
