DRUNK IN CHARGE OF MOTOR-CAR
DRAPER FINED MAXIMUM AMOUNT P.AJ Wellington, Dec. 14. Percival Roy Doney, draper, aged .0, was fined the maximum, £lOO. by dr. J. L. Stout, S.M., on a charge of »eing intoxicated while in charge of i car. His licence was cancelled for hree years and thereafter until the "ourt orders removal of the disqualiication. It was accused’s third ofence. The police said Doney was found isleep in his car. Defendant’s counel said he made no attempt to drive.
