FOUND DEAD IN BACH

OLD-AGE PENSIONER

A pensioner, Mr. John Russell, aged 69, was found dead in his bach at 170 Guyton Street yesterday afternoon. He lived alone and was last seen alive on Monday night. Death is believed to have been due to natural causes. Mr. Russell was a native of Australia and came to New Zealand many years ago. At one stage he was employed as a cook at the Metropolitan HoM.

A" inquest will be opened in Wan ganui to-day.
