PROSECUTION ORDERED BY MR. WEBB Christchurch, March 12. Instructions having been issued b> the Minister of Labour (Mr. Webb) summonses have been filed against 76 chain butchers at the Belfast freezing works for alleged breaches of th-' Emergency Regulations. The case's are set down lor hearing on March 25. Three breaches of the regulations are charged against the men, as a consequence of stop-work meetings held at the works on three days in the last week of February. The cases will be the first of their type heard in Christchurch.
