In a broadcast yesterday on the anniversary of the passing of the Bill of Rights, President Roosevelt said that Japans immediate aims of conquest included the Dutdh East Indies, and. further down the page, were Australia and Nexx Zealand- He declared that Ameridi wou'd never lay down her arms until the freedom of the xxorld was assured.
