AT SEA IN PACIFIC LOSSES AT PEARL HARBOUR HAVE BEEN DETAILED COLONEL KNOX’S REPORT (Ry Telcc.nph Preim Association—Copyright.) 'Reed. 9.15 p.m.) London. Dec. 15. The Secretary of the United States Navy, Colonel Frank Knox, after a visit to Hawaii, has returned to Washington, where he reported to President Roosevelt «>n the losses suffered by the United States Navy in Pearl Harbour, as the result of the surprise Japanese raids on Sunday. December 7. President Roosevelt announced the losses <n his broadcast yesterday: One battleship, the Arizona, sunk. The battleship Oklahoma damaged. Five other craft sunk, including a training ship and three destroyers. The Japanese paid dearly for their attack, losing three submarines and 41 aircraft. The United States Fleet, including battleships, cruisers, submarines, air-craft-cat riers and destroyers, is now at sea in the Pacific looking for the enemy.
