FRENCH IN NORTH AFRICA
REPORTEDLY PRO-ALLIES FLEET AND AIR FORCE (Reed. 6 3(1 p.m.i London, Dec. 12. General Odie. former commander of the French North African Air Force, on his arrival from New York to join General de Gaulle, declared that the French North African Fleet would he only too pleased to join the fight against Germany. The North African Army and Air Force are keener still. He added that he joined General de Gaulle because General M. Weygand's dismissal as Fiend'. Commander in North Africa convinced him that it would he only a matter of time before the Germans occupicc North Africa.
