RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB
THE AUTUMN MEETING ACCEPTORS FOR SATURDAY With 100 acceptors for the eight races carded at Bulls on Saturday, the Rangitikei Racing Club js well placed for a successful meeting, the fields averaging just, over twelve a race. This should prove ideal for the win-and-place totalisator. Eleven are engaged in the Rangitikei Cup, and there are thirteen in the open sprint, the Bailey Memorial, including the bracketed Red Cat and Scandal. Five horses were rehandicapped for wins after the declaration of handicaps, and all five had accepted. They are:’ Flock House Handicap, Last Acre 12.6 (12.3), Gold Bridge 12.5 (12.1) ; Rangitikei Cup, Ruatiti 7.11 (7.8); Perrett Memorial, Kotua 9.4 (8.11); Bailey Memorial, Cheerful Lady 8.3 (7.12).
