PUKEKOHE, Feb. 24. Increased quantities of carrots are now coming forward from produce growers at Pukekohe with the result that nrices to-day were down to 6s 9d and 7s a sugar bag, which figures compare with 8s a week ago. Red Warren pumpkins are now at 8s 6d

a cwt., which is a drop of 2s since last Monday. Potatoes remain at 7s a cwt., cooking onions at Hs. and pickling onions at 13s. Cabbage plants are still at 10s 6i a thousand in blundles of 25. Cooking apples are now bringing about 5s 9d a case and dessert ■'nnles about 8s 6d. Business in all lines is fairly steady.
