MOUNTED RIFLES BOYS LEAVE FOR CAMP The following members of the Queen Alexandra Mounted Rifles left Taihape yesterday morning for camp at Foxton where they will undergo a course of three months’ training:— Lieut. Lawlor, J. Loughnane, A. K. Mathieson, J. A. Millan, C. G. R. Muir, H. L. Price, J. M. Raukawa, J. E. Reeves, J. H. Stodart, D. C. H. Stinson, G. L. McGlashan, J. A. Hart, C. M. Humffreys, S. G. Maher, C. F. Maher. MAGISTRATE’S COURT The monthly sitting of the Taihape Magistrate’s Court will be held before Mr. R. M. Watson, S.M., to-day, beginning at 10 o’clock. A fairly lengthy, list of cases has been set down for hearing. The sitting is the first to be held this year under the jurisdiction of a magistrate, there being no session in January.
