DECISION TO UNITE RANK AND FILE DECIDE ON ONE PARTY Received Feb. 8, 8.55 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 8. The rank and file of New South Wales rival Labour parties have decided to unite. They will face the next State elections as an official organisation of the Labour movement in New South Wales. It is regarded as a foregone conclusion that Mr. Beasley’s non-Commun-ist group will be automatically absorbed in the Federal Labour Party led by Mr. Curtin.
