MR. MALCOLM MACDONALD HIGH COMMISSIONER Received Feb. 9, 8,40 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 8. A Downing Street announcement states that Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, at present Minister of Health, has been selected to fill the post of High Commissioner in Canada. Authority will be sought to enable him to retain his seat in Parliament during his term of office.
