NEW APPOINTMENTS NEW COLONIAL SECRETARY, BARON MOYNE (By Te!«ffraph—Pre»« Association—Copyright) Received Feb. 9, 8.40 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 8. The King has approved of the following appointments:— Colonial Secretary, Baron Moyne. Secretary of State for Scotland, Mr. I bornas Johnston. Minister of Health, Mr. Ernest Brown. New junior Ministers have been appointed as follows: Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Duke of Norfolk. Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food, Major Lloyd George. Additional Parliamentary Secretary ti the Ministry of Labour and National Service, Mr. George Tomlinson. Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Pensions, Mr. Wilfred Parting. Additional Parliamentary Undersecretary to the Scottish Office, Mr. Wedderburn. Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade, Captain Charles Waterhouse. A Lord Commissioner of the Treasury, Major Thomas Dugdale. Baron Moyne will be Leader of the House of Lords. Major Dugdale will be deputy-Chief Whip.
