On one occasion at Nelson, there was a triple for first place between J. C. Grierson, E. A. Hicks (both now deceased), and A. W. Gyles, the former ’winning the play-off. It is understood thft the Auckland Chens Club will apply for the 1941-42 Congress to be held in that centre. GAMES Fallowing are two brilliant brevities.
