FINAL OF MEMBERS' FOURS. The final of the Union Boat Club Members’ Fours trophy was rowed yesterday afternoon and resulted in a win for R. Gould, who beat R. Coxon and H. Benge. Gould jumped into an early lead and was never headed, eventually finishing two lengths in front of Coxon, who was a similar distance in front of H. Benge. The personnel of the winning crew was R. Gould (stroke), G. Tuflin (3), L. Hill (2), K. Connor (bow), T. Tuffin (cox). Entries for the next trophy, the President’s Double Sculls, will close to-morrow night and training will commence during the week end.
