NORTH ISLAND DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP
WIN FOR MRS. BRYAN AND MR. JARVIE Mrs. Bryan (Wellington) and F. W. Jarvie (Wanganui) won the final of the North Island croquet doubles championship yesterday, beating Mrs. Morgan (Hamilton) and A. E. Ogie: (Wanganui). 26-20. Fine but windy weather prevailed for the continuation of the tournament. Results of yesterday’s play is as follows ; Handicap Singles. Section One. —Mrs. Hilton (Auckland) beat Mrs. Burrett (Auckland/, 26-24; Mrs. Mouat (Wellington) beat R. M, Shield (Wanganui), 26-18, W. F. Jarvie beat A. E.
