At the conclusion of the 14th, round of ladder games in the Wanganui f able Tennis Association's competitions, the following are the respective positions:— Men's Section.—L. Roberts 1, R. Stewart 2, J. Dark 3, J. Whakarau 4, G. Ross 5, E. Feist 6, R. Cleland 7, O. Welsh 8, A. Hind 9, I. Langman 10, K. Connor 11, J. Bergerson 12. Ladies’ Section. —Mrs. E. Willacy 1, Miss J. Smith 2, Miss L. Marshall 3, Miss E. Harris 4, Miss-A. Smith 5, Miss E. Wilgon 6. Results of the 14th round are as follows:—Roberts defeated Stewart, 2119, 13-21, 21-11; Dark defeated Whakarau, 21-19, 21-18; G. Ross defeated Feist, 21-16, 21-16; Cleland defeated Welsh, 21-18, 6-21, 21-19; Hird defeated Langman, 21-17, 22-20; Connor defeated Bergerson, 21-10, 15-21, 21-19; L. Marshall deleated E. Harris 22-24, 21-7, 21-19. The next round must be played! and results handed to the secretary by 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 20. Following is the draw: Roberts a bye, Dark v. Stewart, G. Ross V. Whakarau, Cleland v. Feist, Hird v. Welsh, Connor v. Langman, Waters v. Bergerson, Mrs. Willacy a bye, L. Marshall v. J. Smith, A. Smith v. E. Harris, S. Green v. E. Wilson.
