EGMONT-WANGANUI HUNT CLUB
MEET AT PATEA. (Own Correspondent.) Members of the Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Club journeyed io Patea on Saturday for tne third meet of the season. Although no kills resulted, one long run was enjoyed by the targe Held oi followers. At the conclusion of the afternoon the master, Dr. Simmons, thanked Messrs. Bremer Bros., J. Alexander and others for the use of their properties and the splendid way in wnich they had prepared the fences. The followers were entertained oy the proprietor of the Masonic Hotel. The followers were: Master, Dr. W. T. Simmons, on Hinetori; deputy - Masters T. LuptOJXhh Serviette, D. H. Jackson on Dongfellow, S Davidson on Danomai; Hon. Whips M. Parsons on Pierrot, and A. Lupton on Lady Briar; Huntsman Agnew on Sargeant Murphy. Mesdames A. J. Alexander on Slinter and P. English on Dickens. Misses A. Graham on Shamen, P. Gray on Red Pepper, E. Lupton on Creamy, M. Alexander on Whoopee, G. Chamberlain on Flint, Jackson on Baron Bold, A. Hamille on Bantum, A. Loftus on Meringue, J. Davidson on Dinkum, M. Booker on Daisy, G. Booker on Starlight. Messrs. D.
