MEDICAL PART-TIME STAFF | i t WANGANUI HOSPITAL BOARD Applications are being called by the Wanganui Hospital Board for medical staff part-time stipendiary positions. The honorary staff at the Wanganui Hospital numbers between 12 and I 5 14, but officially its services ended on April 1. The staff will continue to : L operate till the appointments as called for are made by the board, considera- , tion of which will be made at the ‘ board meeting next week. The positions to be filled are surgeons, physicians, assistant-physicians, and specialists in eye, ear, nose, and throat work, urology and V.D. work. Applicants are required to give particulars of age, qualifications, and experience. The part-time staff will take the place of the honorary staff which in the past has worked in with the hospital’s own medical staff. Payment of the part-time staff will be met by the board out of ordinary hospital maintenance.
