CANADIAN ATTITUDE DEFINED Received April 12, 11.5 p.m. OTTAWA, April 11. Parliament will open on May 16. Obviously referring to Mr. Conant, although not naming him, Mr. Mackenzie King, in a statement, said the Government had no thought of attempting to intervene directly or indirectly in the affairs or policies of the United States in relation to the war.
