ARRIVAL AT ODESSA BUCHAREST REPORT PRECAUTIONS IN RUMANIA (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) Received April 12, 6.5 p.m. BUCHAREST, April 11. A message from the Russian Rumanian border states that a large number of Soviet troops and reinforcements have arrived in the region of Odessa from the north. The Government has decreed that all national defence factories must store supplies for use in the event of general mobilisation. Rumania has banned the export of sunflower seeds, of which Germany had bought almost the entire crop. LEAFLETS FROM SPEEDING CARS INCIDENT IN BELGRADE Received April 12, 9.30 p.m. BELGRADE, April 12. Leaflets were showered over the city from speeding cars calling on Yugoslavia not to resist Germany if she valued her freedom. “Neutrals should not be tempted by the promises of Britain and France, but should recognise the power of Germany before it is too late,” stated the leaflets. It is not known who distributed them.
