COLLEGIATE BATSMEN MATCH WON IN HAWKE’S BAY Declaring with 375 in hand for five wickets, including centuries by A. Renshaw and M. Marshall, the Wanganui Collegiate School first eleven beat J. D. Buchanan’s team by an innings and 97 runs to win the fourth match of its tour of Hawke’s Bay. Renshaw made 121 and Marshall 105 retired. R. R. Mackie scored 80. Buchanan’s eleven replied with 123 and 155, G. H. Newman heading the Collegiate bowling honours in the first innings with three wickets for 13 runs, and R. C.
