SPECIAL BRANCH FORMED OFFER TO DOMINION AIRMEN ACCEPTED GLADLY 1 Per I‘rcs-* Association.] WELLINGTON. Dee. 21. The following cablegram has been received by the Hon. W. Perry, Dominion president of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association, from Brigadier-General Alex Ross: “The Canadian Legion has created a special branch to provide auxiliary services for the new armies and gladly offers the entire facilities to New Zealand airmen who may come here. Please cable advice if you approve.—Ross, chairman.” A reply has been forwarded accepting these facilities with pleasure, and expressing the season’s greetings.
