FULL CO-OPERATION
BENGAL ASSEMBLY’S NOTE CALCUTTA. Dec. 19. The Bengal Assembly, by 142 votes to 82, passed a Government resolution assuring Britain of full co-operation in the war and urging it to grant Dominion status to India after the war with a new constitution. The Finance Minister resigned on Ihe ground that he was unable to agree to the association of minorities with the framing of the new constitution.
