Parr officiated at 'tiie ceremony, and Miss Dunlop play'ed the wedding music. I The bride’s gown of ivory slipper 'satin hr.u a full circular train, a shirred shoulder and waist-line and ‘ lull sleeves gathered into a band at the wrist. A wide stiffened belt was 'laced at the front and pearls were [worn al lhe neck. The embroidered 1 silk tulle veil worn over the face on [entering the church, was lent by a friend and was hold in place by a [top-knot of gardenias. The trailing cascade bouquet was of small ivory : calla lilies with slender buds gracefully falling and mingling with satin 1 ribbon streamers. | The bridesmaids’ frocks of taffeta were a pretty colour scheme of honey ! gold, chartreuse green, and opeia violet, and made In “Dolly Varden” [style. The hats were ‘ Dolly Varden” and they wore white mittens and the [bridegrooms gift of pendants. They carried peasant style loose posies, each surmounted with pleatea tulle I frills to match the' frocks. Miss Auarcy Partridge (chief bridesmaid) •carried maize-shaded polyanthus, : golden freesias, and rosebuds with golden and maize ribbon and tulle to match Miss Ola Evans’ posy was ol anemone, fuchsia and cyclamen tcnings wil.ii hellebore ribbon and tulle to match. Miss Mavis McCormick's posy consisted of green euphorbia and green grosgrain with velvet ribbon in chartreuse shade and green tulle. : The bridegroom was attended by [ Mr. H. Lampitt as best man, and I Messrs. L. Hulbert and W. McAlees as ' groomsmen. 1 At the reception, Mrs. Partridge received the guests wearing a nigger brown frock patterned with small satin flowers, and over which was worn a brown shot taffeta full-length evening coat.
