The directors ot the N.I.M.U. In surance Company have decided tha members of the company’s staff serv ing with the Navy, Army or Air Fore ate to be regarded as being on ex tended leave, on the understanding that every endeavour will be made l< hold their jobs open asainst their re iurn to civil life. On entering sei vice with His Majesty's Forces, th' employee receives on«* month’s fu pay, and thereafter further regula allowances will be made. Married mci and single men with dependants wii be granted the difference betwee civil pay and military pav, whils single men without dependants '•■ > be credited with one-third of tn difference between their civil and an militaiy rates of pay, with a minimun of £1 )> a week. In addition, th company w ill continue to pay its pio portion of all ptemiums due under lit insurance policies in force under th company's staff superannuate scheme, in respect of emplovees v.h go O.H.M.S,
