Submissior of the plan to shareholders had beer delayed owing to certain aspects o taxation, but it might be possible t( submit the proposals wil.'-n the nex month or two. There had been delays in the com pletion of the construction of th' Mary vale pulp mill, but, because o the desirability of having an immedi ate supply of raw materials available the construction of the large pape: machine was being pushed ahead.
