R. E. Cuthbertson, at a meeting of the Wanganui City Council last night. “That is coming as sure as night follows day,” supplemented the Mayor (Mr. W. J. Rogers). “There is the question of Wanganui East and Durie Hill, but the quickest way to handle the matter is to let the Tramways Committee deal with it first and bring down a report as a basis for discussion.” * Cr.
