INCREASED TAXATION
ANTICIPATION IN AUSTRALIA Received May 15, 6.15 p.m. SYDNEY, May 15. The Prime Minister, Mr. Menzies, said that increased taxation seemed inevitable, but he could not make a definite statement at this stage, because he could not anticipate the contents of the Budget, on which he had not yet begun work.
