TEST FLIGHTS IN SEPTEMBER SYDNEY, April 26. According to Mr. A. E. Rudder, Australian representative o£ Imperial Airways, the iiying-boat base at Auckland should be completed in June. The work had gone on there I articularly well, he added. Test flights across the Tasman should begin in September, by which time the radio faeflities at Lord Howe Island should also be completed.
