RUMOURED CALLING-I P IN FRANCE CZECH COMMERCIAL TREATY TO BE DENOUNCED PARIS, March 20. It is persistently rumoured that technical engineering exports have been called up and sent to the Maginot Line. A similar measure was taken during tne September crisis. The Foreign Minister, M.
