It is understood that only a little nil is available to Germany under a trade agreement, and it will be obtainable through normal commercial channels. English, American and other foreign organisations control the bulk of exportable supplies. ROYAL VISIT TO AMERICA INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION MANY INQUIRIES BEING MADE Received March 21, 8.40 p.m. LONDON, March 21. The crisis in Europe has caused an increase in the number of inquiries for insurance against cancellation of the Royal visit to America, are now quoting 21 per cent.
