A dispute over a device whicn, when attached to a milking machine, is said to provide something dairyfarmers have sought for many years by practically eliminating hand stripping so that two men can milK quickly the number of cows that four men used to milk and by preventing. injury to cows, was brought before the Supreme Court to-day. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant had used the idea which he has patented. The case is expected to occupy three days. The plainti.r is William Hutchinson, of Hav.-era. manufacturers. The defendants are J. D. Howell and J. D. Sinclair, of Dannevirke, manufacturers and agents. ___
